Katie started her journey with Chamberlain in September 2008 and has worked with both undergraduate and graduate-level students. She is currently supporting the MSN and graduate certificate programs. With 25 years of experience in healthcare, Katie understands the role of nurses and healthcare professionals and is dedicated to catering the enrollment process to each individual student depending on their needs and circumstances. She knows that you spend your days and nights taking care of others and wants to take care of you by making your enrollment experience as seamless as possible.
Sara Ramirez
Sr. Executive Enrollment Representative
Sara began her career with Chamberlain University in April 2015, supporting the MSN and graduate certificate programs. She is known for her bubbly personality, enthusiasm, and can-do attitude. She is passionate about making an impact in her students’ lives. Sara is left-handed, is the middle child, and loves cats.
Dr. Claudia Griffin, DNP, MSN, CPNP
Associate Dean, NP Program

Dr. Claudia Griffin is the Associate Dean for MSN Online Programs at Chamberlain University. Since joining Chamberlain in 2012, Dr. Griffin has served in a variety of academic and leadership roles focused on faculty development, curriculum, instructional technology, simulation, and student success. She has more than 25 years of nursing experience and over 20 years of experience as a nurse educator and certified pediatric nurse practitioner, with a clinical background in pediatrics, obstetrics, neonatal intensive care, and pediatric primary care. Dr. Griffin earned a bachelor’s degree in nursing and a Master of Nursing in Advanced Practice as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner from Kent State University. She earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice with a focus in health leadership from Chamberlain University. Her work is guided by a commitment to developing faculty, strengthening academic programs, and creating innovative learning environments that promote student persistence and professional growth.
